Welcome to Baobaooo Candy House! By accessing or purchasing from this store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

This store sells doll-related products including doll clothes, accessories, custom dolls, prints, and other collectible merchandise.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time.

2. Product Information

We do our best to accurately display product colors, details, and descriptions. However, due to monitor settings and handmade/manufacturing differences, slight variations may occur.

Many products are handmade, limited quantity, or produced in small batches, and minor imperfections may be present.

3. Custom Doll Orders

Custom doll orders are made based on customer discussions and approved designs.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that:

  • Production begins after final approval and payment

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started

  • Minor differences may occur between digital mockups and final manufactured products

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on manufacturer schedules and shipping conditions

4. Pre-Orders

Some items may be sold as pre-orders.

Estimated arrival dates are provided for reference only and may change due to:

  • manufacturing delays

  • shipping delays

  • customs processing

  • supplier schedule changes

Customers understand that pre-order items require waiting periods before shipment.

5. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

International customers may be responsible for:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • VAT

  • brokerage fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Baobaooo Candy House.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of collectible and custom items:

  • All sales are generally final

  • Custom orders are non-refundable after production begins

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order information.

7. Intellectual Property

All original artwork, product photos, designs, graphics, and store content are the property of Baobaooo unless otherwise stated.

Please do not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use store content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Baobaooo Candy House is not responsible for:

  • lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • shipping carrier delays

  • customs delays or import fees

  • damages caused by misuse of products
